Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated Lulu Mall in the state capital on Sunday.
After inaugurating it, Adityanath along with Lulu Group Chairman Yousufali MA toured the mall and saw its main attractions including Mega Lulu Hypermarket and Family Entertainment Zone Fantura.
Lulu Group Chairman Yousafali MA said, “I met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji in 2018 and gave details of Lulu Lucknow. You start work, the government will support (you), he immediately said. I thank him and the Government of Uttar Pradesh for their support. Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana and former Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma also participated in the inaugural function.
Located on Amar Shaheed Road in Golf City, Lulu Mall is home to some of India’s biggest brands.
To cater to the varied taste of every visitor, the mall has 15 fine dining restaurants and cafes and a huge food court with 25 brand outlets with a seating capacity of 1600 patrons.
Spread across 2.2 million square feet, Lulu Mall will also feature a dedicated wedding shopping arena with select jewelry, fashion and premium watch brands.
An 11-screen PVR superplex will be launched later this year. The mall will have dedicated multi-level parking facility for 3,000 vehicles.
With the launch, Lulu Group International will have five malls in the country, the rest being in Kochi, Bengaluru, Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur. The group has an extensive expansion plan in India, with many more projects in the pipeline.
