To achieve attractive skin, people often spend huge amounts on products that promise flawless results. However, sometimes even then, the desired results are not achieved.
If you can relate to this, don’t worry, we have some natural solutions for that toned skin.
According to Candace Marino, medical esthetician at Spa LA Facialist, below are some exercises that can help you tone your face:
According to Candice, when you’re stressed, it shows up easily on your face and neck. Therefore, your face may look dull and your eyes may look smaller. Therefore, stretching and massaging your neck can help relieve tension. You can start by tilting your head towards one shoulder. Then, using your hand above your head, slowly pull toward the shoulder to deepen the stretch. Do the same on the other side and repeat a few times.
Under Eye Exercise:
Although the skin is the thinnest and most sensitive under the eyes, working the muscles in that area is still crucial. Start by looking up and closing your eyes by bringing your lower lid up. You should look like you are staring at someone. Hold the position for a few seconds and then release. Complete the movement three times.
Jaw Tightening Exercise:
Lift your chin but don’t overextend your neck. Turn your neck to the right and look at the ceiling behind you, straighten your jaw and hold that position for five seconds. Do the same on the other side and repeat the process thrice.
Place the tips of two fingers behind your chin bone and apply gentle upward pressure. Meanwhile, fold your tongue upwards, towards the roof of your mouth. “It helps strengthen the muscles, tones the area and helps prevent tenderness,” says Candice. Make sure your fingers are tight.
