Greek yogurt – 100 g
Dates – 2
Protein powder – 1 scoop
Sweetened cocoa powder – 1 tsp
Chia seeds – 1 tsp roasted
Roasted flax seeds – 1 tsp
Cold pressed coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Banana – 1
Dried blueberries – 4-5
Muesli – 4-5 tablespoons
Chhavi Post has all the above mentioned ingredients which are easily available in any supermarket. The snack takes just a minute to prepare. First cut the dates into small pieces. Roast the chia and flax seeds and then grind all the ingredients together in a mixer grinder. Next, scoop out the smoothie and top with some dried blueberries and muesli. Blend a smoothie with muesli and blueberries. Your protein breakfast is ready to serve.
